We are seeking talented and passionate Stylists to join our dynamic team at SmartStyle!

The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. Your expertise in various styling techniques and ability to connect with clients will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications: 

• Valid current cosmetology license, the position may require the stylist to work alone in the salon.
• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment.
• At least one year of experience in the Salon industry.  
• Good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability
• to multitask.
• Mathematical skills to accurately compute and complete required functions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including morning meetings, nights, and weekends. 
• Ability to read and analyze various salon reports. 
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Salon Leader, salon staff, Market Leader, Wal-Mart staff, YSG management, vendors, and customers.
