We're Connecticut's largest Supercuts franchisee, with 11 salons and 80 team members across five counties, and we're among the fastest-growing Supercuts franchisee groups in the country.
We're looking for a Salon Manager who's a team player, passionate about the beauty industry, and excited to grow with us.

What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of talented stylists.
- Deliver our signature 5-Star Client Experience, built around Convenience, Connection, and Care.
- Build client loyalty through exceptional service and strong relationships.
- Recruit, develop, and retain great stylists while helping build talent across our salon network.
- Drive salon growth through goal setting, scheduling, and sound business management.
- Lead by example, both behind the chair and as part of our Leadership Team.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$45/hour total earning opportunity, including hourly pay, service and retail commissions, tips, and performance bonuses
- Signing bonus up to $1,000 available!

What We're Looking For
- Current Connecticut Cosmetology or Barber License
- Strong technical skills and a passion for outstanding client experiences
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching, recruiting, and developing others
- A positive, team-first attitude and a desire to grow professionally
- Strong communication, organization, and business skills
