Stanwood, we’re looking for our next salon leader! Our busy, full-service Supercuts needs a creative manager who loves great hair, happy clients, and helping stylists do their best work.

Never managed a salon? That’s okay. If you’re an experienced stylist ready for more, our general management team is ready to teach you and excited to help you grow your career.

What you’ll do

• Build a welcoming salon clients love coming back to
• Lead by example and keep team spirits high
• Train and mentor your stylists
• Work with ownership on goals, daily operations, and community outreach
• Keep the salon clean and compliant

You’ll need

• An active cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal)
• A love for hair trends and great artistry
• Leadership experience, even from another industry
• A positive attitude and a passion for mentoring
