What you’ll do

• Lead by example and keep your team motivated
• Train and mentor stylists
• Create a welcoming salon with top-notch service
• Partner with ownership on goals, daily operations, and community outreach
• Keep the salon clean and compliant

You’ll need

• An active cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal)
• A love for hair trends and great artistry
• Leadership experience, even from another industry
• A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for mentoring
