Ready to lead a busy salon? Our full-service Supercuts in Airway Heights needs a creative Salon Manager to join our local management group and care for our amazing clients. Never managed a salon? That’s okay. If you’re an experienced stylist who wants to grow, several people on our general management team are ready to teach you and help you take the next step in your career.

Your day-to-day
You’ll create a welcoming salon and deliver top-notch service. You’ll train, educate, and mentor your stylists, lead by example, and keep team morale high with hands-on support. You’ll work with ownership to set and hit team goals, run daily operations smoothly, and build your salon’s local reputation. You’ll also keep up with our salon management software and business apps, and make sure the salon follows company policies and state and local rules.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Hold an active cosmetology or barber license (or a reciprocal license)
- Love hair trends and cutting-edge artistry
- Have team leadership experience, even from another industry
- Bring an optimistic, growth mindset and are eager to learn and adapt
- Enjoy mentoring new stylists and working closely with others
- Handle clients with a friendly, professional style
- Understand what drives success: goal setting, training, inventory management, and community outreach
- Take pride in going above and beyond on cleanliness
