Integrated Media Director

Overview

Position Summary: Oversees Supercuts’ paid, social, earned, and influencer media strategy across national and local levels. Manages $10-15M working media budget and agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead integrated paid, social, influencer, and earned media strategies
• Manage full working media budget and local media platforms
• Oversee agency performance and negotiate contracts and scopes
• Partner with analytics and digital experience teams to optimize media-to-conversion flow
• Drive content strategy for social and influencer channels
• Align media strategy with franchisee visibility and support needs

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in media strategy (inclusive of agency and client side)
• Experience with franchise or decentralized retail models
• Demonstrated success managing large budgets and complex agency relationships
• Proven track record managing national and regional media planning and execution in a performance marketing model
• Deep understanding of media performance metrics and optimization
• Skilled in cross-functional campaign execution and leadership

Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 per year based on the skills and experience the candidate brings forward.
