We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Salon Manager to lead a busy Supercuts location. This role is for a proven leader who knows how to run a high-volume salon, build a strong team, and deliver consistent results. At $17+/hour, this position offers one of the highest hourly wages for salon managers in the industry, reflecting the level of responsibility and performance expected.
As a Supercuts Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the salon—people, performance, operations, and guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires accountability, strong communication, and the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Manager expectations include: leading by example on the floor; ensuring consistent, high-quality service and guest satisfaction; hiring, training, scheduling, and developing stylists; coaching performance and addressing issues promptly; managing productivity, sales, and labor targets; executing company policies, procedures, and brand standards; maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance; driving retail sales and guest retention; and creating a positive, professional, and accountable salon culture.
Qualifications: active cosmetology license; prior salon management experience (Supercuts experience strongly preferred); strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage schedules, performance, and priorities in a fast-paced environment; reliability, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset; and availability for evenings and weekends.
