Salon Manager – $16+/hr + Tips + Commission | Busy Supercuts

Most of our managers earn $35–$45/hr total when tips and commission are included.

We’re hiring an experienced Salon Manager to lead a high-traffic Supercuts location with steady guest flow. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building a strong team, staying active on the floor, and driving results.

Our salon stays busy, which means consistent income, a productive team, and real opportunity to lead a successful location. We also provide a comprehensive manager training program to ensure you have the tools, systems, and support to succeed in the role.

What You’ll Earn

$16+/hr guaranteed pay or commission (whichever is higher)

Tips + retail product commission on top of base pay

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example on the salon floor

• Deliver excellent guest service and consistent haircut quality

• Hire, train, schedule, and coach stylists

• Manage team productivity, sales, and labor goals

• Drive retail sales and guest retention

• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational compliance

• Create a positive, professional, high-performing salon culture

What We’re Looking For

• Active Cosmetology License

• Previous salon leadership or management experience

• Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Ability to manage schedules, performance, and priorities in a busy salon

• Reliable, professional, and results-driven mindset

• Evening and weekend availability
