We’re looking for people who:

  • Have an active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license)
  • Have a deep love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry.
  • Are true leaders at heart, with management ambitions.
  • Are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset.
  • Love to mentor up-and-coming stylists, lead by example, and collaborate well with others.
  • Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Understand and support key actions for success, like goal setting, training, inventory management, and community outreach.
  • Take pride in exceeding cleanliness standards.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support for your team.
  • Collaborate with ownership on setting and achieving goals for your team, excel at daily operations, and advance the local reputation of your salon.
  • Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications.
  • Train, educate, and mentor stylists alongside the salon manager. 
  • Support manager in ensuring salon compliance with company policies as well as local and state regulations.
