Position Purpose

Regis is looking for a highly motivated individual that has a passion to streamline processes and exceed sales goals. The primary responsibility of this role will be to analyze and re-develop our current process for re-sale of Franchise Salons when a Franchisee wants to sell. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing sales strategies to achieve new unit sales goals across the US and Canada. Other responsibilities can be found below!


Responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop and evolve current Franchise Development processes and apply efficiencies to make it better
  • Provide top tier support to all Franchisees, whether that be during onboarding, assistance with compliance or general tasks.
  • Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to achieve organic new unit sales goals. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchise locations and territories. 
  • Identify and recruit qualified franchise candidates and lead them through the application and approval process. 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for approved franchisees and work with internal departments to complete transactions through store opening. 
  • Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, local regulations, and company policies. 
  • Monitor salon financial performance and provide coaching for improvement when needed. 
  • Monitor franchisee compliance with brand standards and policies and coach Franchisee if compliance is not met
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop new products and services that can be implemented across all franchise locations. 
  • Develop and maintain sales resources, including presentations, webinars, and email campaigns. 
  • Manage and resolve conflicts between franchisees and the company. 
  • Conduct Franchise and Leadership validation calls. 
  • Management Business Development team of 1 individual 


Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Business Analysis or related field preferred.
  • 5+ Years of experience in Business Development or related field
  • 2+ Years of franchise business experience
  • Complete understanding of Franchise related document, such as, Franchise Disclosures and Agreements.
  • Ability to adapt to and influence change within the franchisee’s organization.
  • Passion to work with many departments and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to problem-solve and business analysis skills.
  • High degree of detail orientation and ability to work within a team, hands-on approach.
  • Must also be able to work autonomously and be professional.
  • Travel Requirements - up to 50%

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 per year
