Job Description:

As a Stylist/Barber at Roosters, you will have the opportunity to showcase your craft in a luxurious and upscale setting dedicated to men's grooming. Our loyal and discerning clientele value excellence in service, making tipping substantial. You will be expected to provide top-notch grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of grooming services with precision and style.
  • Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and needs.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your work area.

Requirements:

  • Valid Stylist or Barber license in CA.
  • Proven experience in men's grooming.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work five days a week, including weekends.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques.
